And then, there was May!

Let's start with good things from May!

Ali & Cody both played soccer this spring. Cody has played since kindergarten, but this was Ali's first time. They loved it! Keith coached Cody's team (he has every year) and Patrick helped. Nobody signed up to help him with Ali's team, so I got to help.

I didn't get to take pics of Ali's team playing since I was on the field with them, but here are some of Cody playing. He has really become so much more aggressive in his sports in the last year!

Mother's Day


We spent Mother's Day in Washburn. We spent the afternoon at the park by Mom & Dad's house, then went back to their house.

Cody's 2nd grade class took a field trip (along with the 1st grade class) to Naobi Zoo up by the Quad Cities. This is Cody's class. Me & my Little-Man

Ali's 5th grade class took a field trip to Springfield, IL. We visited the Abraham Lincoln Library Museum. We also visited the capitol building.

Dustin's Preschool Graduation

This is the cake that Dustin and his classmates got to decorate. They all signed their names. Then the families got to enjoy the cake after graduation.

This is the friendship quilt that the class made. They each brought in special fabric for their square. Thank you teachers for the fun projects you had for the kids this year!
